The price and location suited us as we were only in town for 3 days. The hotel is 1 minute off the M1, o access from the airports is quick. There is so much construction work going on around Brisbane making parking for check in a bit difficult, but only a minor glitch. There needs to be a time limit placed on the available spaces so that cars are not sitting there for long periods, or even unattended. Reception was excellent, processing our booking was quick, and information about the room and the parking was very helpful. The lifts were fast with little waiting times. The room was spacious, clean, and bright with full windows in lounge and bedrooms. The bathrooms were very well appointed as was the kitchen area. The bedroom was a good size and the bed was super comfy. We were out most times but it was quite pleasant when we were sitting admiring the views. We checked out the gym and pool but unfortunately we didn't have a chance to use them. The pool area was amazing, spacious, with a lounge area to relax and there was also a sauna. Checkout was quick and efficient.

When you arrive, have the mindset of enjoying a large condo tower that's managed by a separate company on behalf of contracting owners, which is what this is. The staff is nice, but impersonal, and not as engaging as you'd expect in a 3 star hotel. Certainly, they are quite busy. Nevertheless, they are able to fulfill the needs of most any visitor. Our room itself was exceptionally better than we expected, with a better than average view from a high floor and pretty quiet. Parking seemed pricey, but this is the CBD, and fortunately, there was in/out privileges so your weren't trapped in your place after parking your car.The building itself has a great location, overlooking a the wonderful botanical gardens, the weekend craft markets, a neat and tidy university (unfortunately whose art museum was closed due to weather damage), and the river. For conveniences, you're surrounded by quite a few restaurants and convenient to walk to a couple of large downtown supermarkets.

My trip to Brisbane was delayed by 3 days due to the cyclone. CCLIX changed my dates of stay without hesitation ! When I eventually arrived, it was at 1.30 am but the night receptionist was very efficient and so sorted my reservation. My room was a one bed apartment on 55th floor overlooking the river. The apartment was modern, very well equipped and spacious. The view was spectacular. Although on the 55th floor, the lift service was great and waiting times were very short. The Skytower is just a minute away from Edward St and a few from the river and Botanical Gardens so in an excellent location. It was a fabulous stay at the Skytower and cannot thank CCLIX enough for their customer care.

Plenty of space and the room is very clean even the carpet floor. Have in-room washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped. Location is superb. Very convenient as it is close to city center, bus stations, restaurants, shopping streets and supermarkets. Very nice view. Very close to city botanical garden and kangaroo point bridge. I went jogging couple of times. Very good chinese restaurant downstairs. We went four times there. Overall, it is really worth the price. We will stay here again in July.

Perfectly located in central Brisbane and opposite Botanical Gardens. Enjoyed bustling city life with the serenity of the beautiful garden. The room was spacious, modern with good facilities. The view overlooking the city was amazing. Loved the soundproofing which made the stay very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the ambiance of the bathroom was well thought out. I was also lucky enough to view multiple fireworks displays happening on the river from my window.
