When you arrive, have the mindset of enjoying a large condo tower that's managed by a separate company on behalf of contracting owners, which is what this is. The staff is nice, but impersonal, and not as engaging as you'd expect in a 3 star hotel. Certainly, they are quite busy. Nevertheless, they are able to fulfill the needs of most any visitor. Our room itself was exceptionally better than we expected, with a better than average view from a high floor and pretty quiet. Parking seemed pricey, but this is the CBD, and fortunately, there was in/out privileges so your weren't trapped in your place after parking your car.The building itself has a great location, overlooking a the wonderful botanical gardens, the weekend craft markets, a neat and tidy university (unfortunately whose art museum was closed due to weather damage), and the river. For conveniences, you're surrounded by quite a few restaurants and convenient to walk to a couple of large downtown supermarkets.

Really enjoyed our stay, lots of space for a young family of 5 across the various rooms and appreciated having the two bathrooms. Everything was clean. Staff were lovely and responsive via the WhatsApp chat. Have to allow extra time for lifts around 9.30-10am, and had a long (10min+) wait every time we needed the reception desk. Pool on level 66 isn’t heated so almost useless as it is open to the elements and at that height it is cold even on a warm day. Some minor maintenance things needed (fridge and/or dishwasher was leaking water; kitchen sink didn’t hold water even with plug in (tried both); squeaky door hinges) and could really benefit from some towel hooks behind bathroom doors. Overall though, clean and comfortable and worked well for us.

Plenty of space and the room is very clean even the carpet floor. Have in-room washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped. Location is superb. Very convenient as it is close to city center, bus stations, restaurants, shopping streets and supermarkets. Very nice view. Very close to city botanical garden and kangaroo point bridge. I went jogging couple of times. Very good chinese restaurant downstairs. We went four times there. Overall, it is really worth the price. We will stay here again in July.

The location is awesome. It is a short walk to the CBD, the Brisbane River and the Botanical Gardens. The apartment was massive. We were on the 46th floor and the view from every room towards the Brisbane River and CBD was breathtaking. The bathrooms were also excellent and well maintained. The couch was so comfortable that we all spent time on it relaxing and watching TV together which was very enjoyable. The apartment was so quiet too! We couldn't hear our neighbours until we were in the hall walking to the lifts.

Kristi

Accomodation was superb, very spacious and fully equipped facilties, clean and comfortable. Being 50 floors up our views were supperb over the river and the CBD. Location great, City botanic gardens a 5 min walk and only 10/15 mins to heart of the CBD. Some excellent restaurants as well, within a 5 min walking range.
